Built by Lockheed-Martin's Skunk Works, the "super blimp" took its maiden voyage in January 2006. Its purpose is to carry heavy payloads over long distances and land without an airstrip. Newer versions of it have been used in Afghanistan and Iraq, but it is difficult to find up-to-date information on it. I'm sure it has evolved and it probably has a new name.
