Churchill's UFOs

The Independent newspaper in London reports that former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill ordered a specific UFO sighting by British pilots during WWII to be classified as top secret to avoid panicking the public.

Churchill and Dwight D. Eisenhower, supreme commander the the allied forces in Europe at the time, were witnessed having a conversation about the UFO report, and that Churchill had a strong reaction to it saying it would "destroy belief in the Church."

According to the account, a Royal Air Force bombing crew was returning from a raid on Germany when they saw an arrow-shaped object hovering above the plane. It was not the first time British pilots reported seeing UFOs during the war.
