New York-based Leeser Architects won a design competition with this 5-star luxury and eco-friendly hotel currently under construction in Zayed Bay, an urban development area that will contain offices, condos and shops. The hotel will have 208 rooms varying in size and height. There is a glass-bottom swimming pool on the eighth floor. Only the running track on the fifth floor is flat.
